When I talk about Boutique Occupational Therapy (OT), I’m referring to a service that’s all about you. My name is Mitch, and I’m the director and Occupational Therapist behind this personalised service.

I specialise in providing therapy that’s tailored specifically to the needs of older adults. Unlike larger providers who take a one-size-fits-all approach, I focus on delivering individualised care that ensures you get the attention and support you deserve.

With a deep understanding of ageing, my goal is to provide you with continuity, expertise, and a compassionate approach to help you live safely and independently.

Aged Care Focus

  • I work exclusively with older adults who are receiving Home Care Packages (HCP), so I can provide the most consistent and personal therapy for you.

  • I’m here to help with common issues like falls prevention, mobility, cognitive challenges, and home modifications.

  • I collaborate closely with your aged care providers and case managers to ensure that your care is seamless and tailored to your needs.

Regional & Rural Expertise

  • I bring OT services right to your door, servicing Melbourne and through to Bendigo, including central Victoria and more rural locations.

  • I know how tough it can be to access healthcare in rural areas, so I’m here to help you stay safe, independent, and supported at home, no matter where you are.

Driving Assessments

  • As one of the few OT driving assessors in regional Victoria, I help older adults assess their ability to stay on the road safely.

  • I offer faster, more accessible assessments to help you maintain your independence.
